Dear Parents
We have Parents Evening coming up immediately after half-term.
All parents will have an appointment for 10 minutes with the class teacher to discuss progress to date. As we have so many children, it will be spread over 2 evenings. The dates are: Thursday 23rd February and Wednesday 29th February from approximately 6.00 – 8.30.
Please note – 2 different weeks, with the Thursday being the first day and Wednesday the following week being the second.
We have an additional teacher this year Mrs Dew, who works with a number of children in years 3 to 6. She will be available from 2.00 on Wednesday 29th February only. She will also stay for the evening session.
I will be making the appointments for everyone in school (lucky me!)
If your child works with Mrs Dew, your appointment will be on Wednesday 29th February to see Mrs Dew and the class teacher (separately). To save time, if you could see Mrs Dew between 2.00 and 4.00, please let me know in writing. I will also make an evening appointment for you to see the class teacher.
All other parents - If you cannot come on the Thursday and have to come on Wednesday (or visa versa), please let me know in writing. It is not a case of which you would ‘prefer’ it is only if you cannot make one or the other. I cannot give all parents in school the appointment they would like I am afraid!
Please let me knowin writing by Friday 27th January.
